Is TJ Perkins, 26, 5'10", 172#, heading for Ring of Honor? Last weekend in Los Angeles, Davey Richards, 27, 5'8", 205#, made short work of the sexy indy star, winning the contest by submission, but then Davey went on to take the mike and praise Perkins to the crowd for putting up a good fight. Richards said Perkins and ROH would be a good fit and promised the young wrestler a rematch on a date of TJ's own choosing. The Richards-v-Perkins match is on the heels of an end-of-2010 bout versus Colt Cabana, which Perkins also lost, and I notice that TJ's Wikipedia entry now lists him on the ROH roster.
