New Generation Wrestling closed out 2015 with this championship challenge. Cruz battles Myers, his friend since childhood, in the very hall where they made their pro-wrestling debuts almost ten years earlier. It's not the first time these two have faced off in the ring, but their friendship seems to grow despite the bumps along the way. This most recent match with Myers fuses wrestling's brutality with a strong spirit of camaraderie, which, needless to say, is, has been, and probably always will be the soul of wrestling sport and spectacle.
I didn't realize that was Nathan Cruz. It's a different look for him, right? He looks great, less groomed with some beef and scruff.
