Happiness Is a Warm Abdominal Stretch

This video reminds me of the early days of BG Enterprise, when wrestlers looked like they relished the chance to abandon all pretense of civility and grapple like sixth-graders. I mean that as a compliment, of course. The brief (18-minute) scrap is nonstop and fast-paced, so much so that I could hardly get a screen shot without some blurring. Gone is the needless exposition - i.e. an explanation that the wrestlers intend to wrestle each other - and rather than periodic spurts of energy, the squeezing, writhing, and moaning play in a continuous loop. That's the essence of early underground wrestling, I think: it was rough and tumble and always looked like fun.

At 6'1", Cali Boy towers over 5'7" Christian Thorn, but the differences in height and weight make little difference since most of the action is close to the mat - and Christian, though shorter and lighter than his opponent, appears to be the better trained and more experienced wrestler. Both grapplers are strongly competitive, so despite the physical differences, they are closely matched, and the action consists of little to no staging. It rolls out in a continuous long take (no edits), adding to the sense of immediacy and authenticity. Both men are gorgeous - I love when that happens - and frequent body stretches spotlight the muscular physiques and Cali Boy's "endowment" (as the W4H catalog coyly refers to the fitness coach's mouthwatering schlong). And talk about sweat! It pours in the final minutes of this gem.
