Living Legend

Legend vs Chris Styles, Submission 49 (Black Wrestling Network)

Here's the plot as I understand it. Legend can't get to Punisher, the wrestler he wants to fight, without going through Chris Styles. He doesn't know who Chris is  - or so he says. For him Chris is just a door he's going to have to bust through to get to the real fight. In my opinion, he is the most charismatic of the BWN wrestlers I've seen, in large part because of his physical beauty, but equally because of his coolly brutal manhandling.

Chris is struggling for respect and recognition among the fans and his peers, and he resents Legend for looking down his nose at him. At this point he has more BWN matches under his belt than Legend does. In the last year he has made significant improvements on his physique, but he's short on fighting strategy and technique. He looks like a million bucks, but he is undisciplined. Legend sees it right away. Chris can't see it.

In the beginning, Legend is making easy work of Chris and flaunting the fact he's not breaking a sweat.  Chris snaps. He turns into a loose cannon, flailing about, indifferent to the injuries he might inflict, risking both Legend's safety and his own. The stronger wrestler has no choice but to strike back and strike back with force. The gloves are off. If Chris wants a full dose of Legend, he is about to get it. If Chris needs his ass handed to him, Legend is the man for the job.
