You and What Army?

Tyson the Hammer vs Nero Angelo, Match 715 - Army vs Marines (UCW)

Memorial Day honors the American soldiers who died in the service of their country, and UCW dedicates its latest release to their memory and to all those who have served their country in the military. We Americans celebrate the day on Monday. Almost 1,200,000* soldiers have died from the American Revolution to the Global War on Terror. (By far the greatest number - nearly 500,000 - died in the Civil War, 1860-1865.)

Tyson (Marines) and Nero (Army) win points with me for serving in the military. As I have said countless (or, at any rate, uncounted) times before on this blog, I have a soft spot in my heart for GIs. It's not the usual "man in uniform" thing. Growing up on military bases (but having never served), I was mainly impressed by soldiers at play, and the shows of butch affection I witnessed when seeing them in groups of four or five (maybe why I'm not into "couples" particularly). Tyson and Nero convey a lot of that smart-alecky and kinda dorky attitude I like.

The idea for the match is Nero's, down to the camo fatigues they wear. The bout features some ingenious spots, Angelo proving to be the more creatively sadistic of the two. That's not to imply that Tyson won't bite a dude's nipple if he has to. There is a lot of the usual mugging and fondling, not always at the same time, and despite the silliness, there are flashes of temper that seem genuinely heated.

* A sobering thought, but as of May 20th, 5,014,943 confirmed deaths worldwide from coronavirus - over 91,000 in the USA alone (more than the Americans who died in the Vietnam War, more deaths by cornonavirus than in any other country in the world)  … BE SAFE, MY BUDDIES.

  1. Let's not make the pandemic seem even worse than it is! Worldwide, there are 5 million confirmed cases but "only" 333,000 deaths. So far.
