Aaron Lopez vs Joey Nux (Wrestler4Hire)

This match from 2019 gives us Aaron Lopez as smooth and unblemished as an inflatable sex toy. He offers as much resistance as a doll, too. I can imagine that it's a blow to one's confidence to face off against as heavy and fine a specimen of grownup manhood as Joey Nux. If I needed a bodyguard, Joey would be the first I would hire. Aaron would be a fantastic party favor, though.

Joey bulges, Joey grunts, and Joey sweats. He does what he can with Lopez: bending, carrying, and slow-slamming. The result is less a wrestling match than a posing session. I have followed Joey for a little over three years, not just because he's my namesake but because, well, just look at the guy! His best work, in my opinion, has been his strongman-vs-strongman fight with Zach Altovito and as backup muscle for Elite Eliot against a hostage Xander, both matches early in his Wrestler4Hire years. Then Brute Baynard tore him apart, and that was supercool, too.

Lopez had a very similar contest and whooping with Chace LaChance. I like the guy's silky smooth good looks, but he's not really a wrestler yet. Even as a jobber, he's overly docile. I'd like to see him take on somebody his own size, maybe in an oil match, which doesn't require as much knowledge of wrestling holds as ring and mat matches do. He might be fun against Blake Starr, for instance.

  1. Blake would beat the hell out of Aaron. Blake may be known as a jobber, but when he turns it on, he can wrestle hard. It would be a fun match to watch though.
