The Terror of the Squared Circle

Iceman Johnson vs Tyson Carter, Heels vs Jobbers! (MuscleBoy Wrestling)

Iceman lumbers robotically around the ring, looking like he swallowed two or three barbells for breakfast. The guy is huge. I figure he must lift weights in his sleep. The once lithe daredevil who scaled bodybuilders' cast-iron torsos to bring them crashing down is today a steamroller bent on flattening jobber Tyson. What starts off as a pro-wrestling tutorial escalates to the mother of all beatdowns.

Tyson performs his catastrophic downfall convincingly, but he kinda gets the comeuppance he deserves for shin-jabbing Iceman's crotch. Fortunately, Tyson knows how to express his suffering so that I feel every nerve-torched second of it. The over sixty-pound weight difference clearly works against Tyson's health and safety, yet he almost steals the show with his grimacing and wriggling in Iceman's grip.

This is Carter's second match for MBW. His first made him a ragdoll of another muscle-god, Roger Atlas, earlier this year. I hope Rob Steel and Nick Flex are in line for a piece of the kid before he moves on to face competition within his weight class. Iceman Johnson's increasingly sullen performance here provides the one-sided battle with the right amount of menace and foreshadowing of doom. The man is tan and luscious. And he throws every ounce of muscle into tearing Tyson Carter apart.
