Zack Reno vs Eliot EverHardt, Match 813 - 2 Out of 3 (UCW)

I am oh so happy to see Eliot at UCW, The guy's equally at home in the ring and on the mat, taking a licking or delivering one, and in his first fight for the company, he shows us he's going to fit right in with UCW's hard-style wrestling and fun and games. I have never been able to pinpoint what it is that Eliot does that puts him ahead of so many others. It's some hard-to-identify link between sadism and horseplay, and that's another reason why UCW is the right place for him.

Zack Reno is exactly the best guy to wrestle Eliot in his first match. The hotness factor is a big part of it. Zack and Eliot know how to play up their sex appeal for underground wrestling fans. Zack's comic timing and sense of humor are, like Eliot's, exactly right for UCW and its admirers, yet there is ruggedness, too. These guys are not clowns. They are skilled grapplers who genuinely like to hurt people - within limits, of course, but at this company, the limits are famously hard to pinpoint.

Eliot and Zack wrestle barefoot in tight, curve-hugging briefs. Bulges are conspicuous and solid. This is a 2-out-of-3 contest, the ultimate winner being the guy who submits or knocks out his opponent twice. You can bet money there is a knockout. Reno's advantage is that he knows UCW and this ring like the back of his hand. Eliot's advantage is his determination to make UCW his homebase. Both enjoy the attentions of a swelling number of adoring fans - and with this match, I suspect that I won't be the only one paying attention.
