Great blog posting, upon finishing the HS rem...Joe,
Great blog posting, upon finishing the HS remembrance prose I thought this is something you could cut and post into your Kubla blog and 2 mouse clicks later……I see that you already had. I have enjoyed your prior “I Remember “ postings on that blog, so appropriate for crossover.

For me being thrown in or instigating fighting in HS was the basis for my gateway to pro wrestlers. I was closeted in HS and my only means of access to touching a male form was through “wrestling” with other boys. As discretely as I could I would seek out “rough” guys intent on proving how tough they were, to the point that guys in my class could pickup on the fact that I would be receptive to a challenge and based on past performance, felt confident that I was an opponent that could show some competition but ultimately lose (was a huge JV jobber at the time) the fight. I would be curious to poll my classmates and determine if any suspected what I was actually up to. An easy enough task thanks to Facebook.

Upon entering college and moving away from home I recognized my proclivity might adversely affect my ability to develop friendships, so I turned my focus from rolling around with boys to watching pro wrestlers roll around with boys, thankfully it was the era of the Von Erichs and WCCW so what ever masturbatory relief I used to get from my fighting was successfully channeled into watching pro wrestling on TV with my pants down around my ankles.topherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13952321989312840980noreply@blogger.com
