Gabriel Pionkowski wrestled with NWA-Central States Wrestling in Kansas and Missouri from about 2003 to 2008, as best as I can figure it, working his way through college.  He used the ring name of Payday Patterson--sometimes Gabe Patterson, sometimes Payday Pionkowski.

Last year he graduated from Bethany College, an Evangelical Lutheran college in Lindsborg, Kansas, earning a degree in art education (his studio art can be viewed at his website here).  At commencement, Pionkowski presented the college president with a framed pair of his wrestling briefs, in appreciation for his years of study at Bethany.

He has reportedly moved to North Carolina to set up a painting studio.
