The Poster Boy

Oklahoma wrestler Blake Albright, 24, 6'2", 210#, wrestled professionally for over three years.  Good looking enough to be dubbed the "Poster Boy," his visibility on this site has suffered because of too few clear photos and videos of him on the Internet.  In 2009, the year after he tied with Max McGuirk for Wrestler of the Year, he beat Tim Rockwell in a Triple Threat Bullrope Match to become  the Maximum Wrestling Alliance champ, only to lose the title six months later to Michael Barry.  Although the ever-popular Blake was never quite as successful as his big brother Brent, who wrestled for WWE as "Gunnar Scott " and then for several years with Ring of Honor, his loss against Dustin Heritage two months ago still sent shockwaves through the Oklahoma wrestling community, especially since, under conditions he had agreed to, it forced his retirement from the MWA.  Here he is in a match with his tag team partner Brandon Groom in the summer of 2009:
