Braden Charron vs Meat, Demolition 25 (BG East)

More confident and aggressive than ever, Braden Charron torments first-timer Meat for interrupting his posing routine. The angle may be a bit frayed after years of use, but Braden breathes a little life into it. His newly acquired vigor as a ring artist, along with his Jaguar F-type contours, is the main reason to watch this match, the second in the recently released Demolition 25

Once an innocuous whipping boy for other wrestlers, Braden relishes beating up his less-experienced challenger. Meat very nearly matches Charron inch for inch and pound for pound, but obviously the numbers mean nothing by themselves. How they're stacked counts for a lot more, and just important is attitude, which Braden doles out almost effortlessly these days, along with barefoot stomps, body slams, neck cranks, and backbreakers.

Braden sells Meat's one fleeting reprisal - a scissors hold - but he's mainly built for kicking ass, which he does almost continuously up to the final flourish of enervating bearhugs, feelingly executed and capped with a piledriver.

  1. Where have I seen Meat before? Looks very familiar but I just can't place him just yet.

  2. Although I miss Braden's pudgier days, I have to say he looks absolutely beautiful here. Just phenomenal. As for Meat, I think he's wasted in being a jobber. Would love to see him in a more dominant heel role.
