Eli Black vs Axel, Match 722 - Jobbers Wear Pink, Lost Video Collection (UCW)

Eli Black's pink trunks appear to zap the last drop of testosterone from the man. Not only does Axel dominate Eli for most of Match 722, he virtually destroys him. But pink becomes Eli's pale sinewy body, something I noticed years ago when he donned a pink tutu another wrestler refused to wear and pirouetted around the old cinder-block fight space.

Before World War Two, child-rearing manuals encouraged parents to dress their little boys in masculine colors like pink to ensure that they'd grow up to be sufficiently manly. You heard that right: pink was for little boys until  WW2. 

If anybody could make pink butch again, it would be Eli. Typically he wears red at UCW, demon red. In this match pink seems to symbolize how coolly and efficiently Axel dominates and torments him. It's not unheard of for Eli to be on the receiving end of an ass-kicking, but it is unusual. Axel is pure destroyer for at least 90 percent of this battle. It's a role he's accustomed to, but his chemistry with his old pal and sparring partner Eli makes this match extra tasty.
