Samual vs Imtiaz 1 - Submission Wrestling (Wrestle4aFee)

Wrestle4aFee offers (for a fee) a small private space where those so inclined can wrestle in any style they choose, with a cameraman to preserve the event for posterity. This 30-minute submission match was released a couple of weeks ago. Newcomer Samual (in pewter gray) is shorter, but more muscly and tenacious than his opponent, Imtiaz (in blue). The match lacks an angle or a ref. The young men play rough for dominance, for bragging rights. The event may be a valedictory tussle for new graduates of a training program. Or it may be an off-the-cuff challenge. What interests me is that such spaces exist, that a primordial urge of young men has someplace in civilized society to be sated.

Samual and Imtiaz are not as showy as their counterparts at other wrestling sites. There is intensity here, but it's fairly informal, too. This is no fight for a championship or a prize. The wrestlers have not set out to entertain others - those, like me, who download this contest. The battle is for their amusement alone. The prize is dominance, but no particular prestige or medal is attached to it beyond these four walls. Despite the presence of a camera, the contest is between Samual and Imtiaz, mano a mano. For many young men, regardless of their sexual orientation. this is intimacy,
