Leon Saver vs Mark Andrews, NCW Septembre Rouge (Northern Championship Wrestling)

Sexxy Leon has a boyishly attractive body, but he isn't a musclegod, which I suspect is intentional. Instead, he has sheer and silky wrestling trunks that appear easy to slip out of. He has the souful eyes and aquiline nose I associate with French heartthrobs. The curly hair is a plus, too. But mainly his playful self-confidence and audacity are what earn him the right to the double-x epithet "sexxy."

This 2013 match happened a few months after the last time I blogged about Saver. I am surprised it has been that long since I have publicly salivated over him. Time flies when you're getting old. Here he is attempting to regain the NCW Inter-Cities Championship title, which he lost to High-Class Mark Andrews the week before. Andrews is a bigger, heavier wrestler, but Saver has built a career out of bewildeering and often beating big guys.

Leon knows no boundaries. He ungallantly attacks Mark's "high-class" valet. Though not clearly identified as a heel, he flaunts tradition and rules to get the best of his opponents, and his gimmick is more than a little suggestive of a male stripper, typically heel territory, most notably and fabulously occupied by Ravishing Rick Rude.

In street clothes, Saver would probably catch my eye, but in trunks and a wrestling ring, he is practically begging me to pounce on him. He and Les VIP are still NCW tag-team champs, and Leon has fought in singles competition as recently as September, according to Cagematch, so I assume he's still very much in the game.
