Rip Byson vs Brad Cashew, Patience Is a Virtue (Limitless Wrestling)

This 26 June 2021 match moves fast. Part of the video is slowed down so we can take some key moves in. None of those segments appear here. Speed gives rough-house more bang, and it gives our eyes something to zoom in on. The action outside the ring runs a bit more slowly, yet the climax is sudden and brutal. 

Something about it all makes me think of Norsemen, a tribal chief facing a younger man who challenges his leadership. That's my imagination. On first glance, the blond Brad Cashew looks like a babyface. He's the new guy, but he soon proves himself to be devious and needlessly vicious. He quickly loses the crowd's support. Big Rip Byson never looks threatened even when Brad has the upper hand.

While obviously preplanned, the showier moves are performed exceedingly well. The drama here doesn't require ringside commentators to explain it (but ringside commentators there are, nevertheless -fortunately, they don't distract from the action). Low camera angles give the match importance. The final blow destroys its intended target. I find the match very satisfying Rip Byson packs a wallop and, for a big guy especially, keeps up the momentum.
