Couples Therapy
Ash DeLeon vs Freddy Campbell, Wrestle Revenge 2: Boyfriend on the Rampage (BG East)
To recap, in Wrestleshack 27, Ash DeLeon's boyfriend Freddy Campbell met Mason Brooks in the Wrestleshack for a private match in secret. Freddy was apprehensive, reluctant to tell Mason that Ash is his boyfriend. Mason was amused and intrigued. Wrestling Freddy was an indirect assault on Ash, and even tastier, Ash's boyfriend was complicit in the act.
In the first half of Wrestle Revenge 2, Ash has cuffed Mason to the ring ropes, giving him the third degree over what exactly happened in the Wrestleshack. Unrepentantly, Mason needles Ash over Freddy's assumed indiscretion. Ash and Mason fight. Now, in the third chapter of this trilogy, Ash brings a blindfolded Freddy to the BGE wrestling ring. It's a date-night surprise - a match for two. Freddy is delighted.
The match is tougher and more extreme than I expected. The two boyfriends inflict real pain on each other - and they love it. It seems like the savage but mutually consensual handling is couples therapy, helping Ash and Freddy get past the recent bump in their relationship. I like it. Sometimes an all-out fight is the only way two lovers can work through a crisis - and it's a lot sexier than sitting on a sofa and chatting with a counselor. Who needs the middle man? Ash and Freddy patch things up by roughing each other up, strong style. It's not so surprising to see Ash quickly assume the dominant position. The surprise comes when Freddy turns the tables and gives Ash a taste of his own medicine.
This is way better than a lovers spat. This is physical. This gets to the meat of the matter. This is two men settling the question of who's the alpha in the relationship. The rougher they get, the more passionate the kisses that follow. Eventually, both are stripped down to the skin. One is mutually acknowledged as the top. Now it's time to fuck and get on with the rest of their lives.
