Blake Starr vs Jett Bentley, Rematch Revenge (88Wrestling)
Blake Starr owns Jett Bentley for a couple of long stretches, determined to wreak vengeance for the rough handling he received from Jett earlier this year in the "Battle of the Bods." Whether he succeeds or fails, Blake makes a tremendous impression against a wrestler slightly bigger and heavier, working him against the ropes and on the mat. It's a gloriously sweaty and even more gloriously vindictive turn for Blake, whose wrath is inexhaustible.
The match is an example of the grand strides 88Wrestling has made in 2021 to up the heat in the ring. This and an earlier match pitting Chase Lundquist against Ethan Andrews are hugely impressive high points in the year and promise grittier fights in the year to come. Blake has never been better, and that's counting his matches away from 88, too. I can't think of another wrestler at 88 who is as expressive and mesmerizing as Starr.
Jett Bentley is steady and patient throughout, raising the question of whether he may be too steady and too patient with a fireball like Blake coming after him. As he has proved in other matches, Jett can absorb a lot of punches and still spring back to life to kick ass. Even exhausted, Jett is able to make miraculous comebacks, pinning or submitting an opponent even when barely conscious.

Jett is one of the top handsome wrestlers in the whole underground circuit. He's not as cut now as Blake but he has the broader shoulders, thick chest and tapered waist. Ohh and great rear end. He is getting better as a wrestling performer. i'd like to see him break out to other wrestling companies.
