Pepe Marques vs Ami Sola, 28 October 1960 (Wrestling in Paris)

Awesome match! Marques vs Sola is so up my alley that I'm thinking it may be the one indispensable match of all the matches I have seen. Curly-haired Jose (Pepe) Marques is gorgeous. He towers over mustached and hairy chested Ami Sola, but Sola is not intimidated. Great storytelling from start to finish, the fight brims with reversals, punches, and titanic struggles of all kinds. Even a stunningly executed piledriver doesn't stop the show.
