Alex Garcia vs Nick Karras, Rookie Wreckage (88Wrestling)

In his fourth 88Wrestling appearance, hairy-chested Nick Karras is ready to break in rookie Alex Garcia, dubbed the "Teen Sensation." Karras has the kind of hairy, sweaty muscles that make me gulp hard. Hungry and smooth Garcia is a fantastically stacked youngster with a background in jujitsu, bodybuilding, and amateur wrestling. Together these two strongmen exhibit a raw and energetic aggressiveness. 

They haven't mastered ring psychology yet, so some of the attacks are undersold and a few takedowns are clumsy. They seem ready to learn the game, though, and with the credentials they bring to 88, I expect that soon they will improve on the theatrical components of ring wrestling - ring corners, ropes, and big-big sells - and play to the camera, giving us fans what we want, including the occasional well-timed shock to our systems.

All in all, I like the chemistry between Nick and Alex. After a few more matches, they will certainly put up a rematch to knock us fans on our collective butts. On its own merits Rookie Wreckage is exciting in all senses of the word. These two could change the face and direction of underground wrestling. I can't wait to see them in action again.
