Dead on Their Feet
Cameron vs John Bronco (Wrestler4Hire) - 9 December
Body slam fans have much to rejoice for. Repeatedly, Bronco catches Cameron, heaves him up to shoulder level, and slams (not drops) him to the ring floor. Cameron knows his way around the ring, of course, but Bronco is not a wrestler who's easy to body slam. Still, Cameron keeps coming back. Bronco is a mountain that's not easily leveled, but he's also fairly limited in his knowledge of counterattacks. So, we have a body that moves at high speeds colliding with a boulder.
The match does not end in a draw, however. There is a victory here, but I'm keeping my mouth shut about it. Really, it's not so much a matter of "last man standing" as a game of rock paper scissors, without the scissors. Or it's a matter of Cameron charging into Bronco like a bull and Bronco swatting him away like a fly. Exhaustion wins, as Bronco and Cameron lose momentum and end the bout (silently and without fanfare) with an indifferent handshake.
