Rough and Tumble

Alex Garcia vs Jason Aleqsander (Underground Wrestler)

The match moves slowly at times but intensely. Both wrestlers work within the rules of gentlemanly grappling. Neither is particularly short-tempered - rules are followed; manners are respected. Score cards mark each man's progress. Aleqsander looks miniature when up against robust and solid Alex, but he is a clever and nimble grappler. Alex relies on brute force and his weight advantage, but he's far from out-and-out bullying.

Alex and Jason both take their work seriously. Neither plays the clown or the bully. They are themselves - intelligent and serious about their work. That said, they have no qualms about tripping and hurling their opponent to gain leverage. This is not for show - or I don't see it as showboating - but the roughhouse flings propel the match. This is mat wrestling, not squared circle mayhem. This is a no-holds-barred match, but really the goal is to score points, not to demolish their opponent - or to climb into each other's trunks.
