Eagle vs Machine, Ring Wars 17 (Thunders Arena)

I like Thunder's new hire, Machine. The blond is raw right now, and he has room to grow. Eagle, looking magnificent, has the task of breaking Machine in, which he does with grim determination. Eagle is packed with muscle, while Machine is fit but just now learning the ropes.

Eagle dominates, of course. He has the necessary training and experience, which he passes down to Machine - the hard way, through face-to-face contact, getting a sometimes-bitter taste of the company's style. Machine's agility is put to the test against Eagle's brawn and advanced skillset. 

Thunder's online copy for this match emphasizes Machine's initial shock when "Eagle shuts down Machine's ego quickly." Machine gets the occasional hope spot, but it's only late, near the end of the match, that we taste the blond's mettle and will power - too late, in this case, but headway that may blossom in later matches, facing adversaries more his own weight.
