Scrappy vs Angelo Silver, Battle for the Bet (WatchFighrers)

With due respect to Scrappy's beauty and charisma, we must also acknowledge his strength and wrestling ability. He can flatten an opponent with his punches, and he is a relentless adversary. His goofy clowning-around days are behind him. The guy likes a good fight, specifically against opponents heavier than he is. A big dude like Angelo is his version of a dog bone. My guess is that Angelo knew what he was getting into and glad to get into it. There are plenty of great underground wrestlers, but only one Scrappy. Six years ago, I wrote my earliest blog entry on the topic of Scrappy (at least the first entry to withstand the ravages of time). It goes like this:

Scrappy and Eliot don't just glow. In some closeups near the end of the video, you can detect distinct rivulets of sweat streaking their backs. And in the last few minutes of the match, the action is savage! It's like nothing either of these guys has done before. And the ring storytelling is riveting. These are not two guys who just trade holds on each other. This is a sustained and emotionally absorbing  fight!

The guy is flawless, endearing, and extremely fuckable (well, I can at least dream).
