Hawk vs Street Prince, Brawl 11 (Black Wrestling Network)

Several things make Black Wrestling Network special. 

• The obvious first is its stock of Black wrestlers. 
• Second is its dedication to grappling - on a mat or on concrete, the fighters take their bumps and thrust themselves back into the fight. 
• Third, the men fight long and hard, without (usually) wasting time posing, circling each other, et cetera.
• Fourth, the camera practically crawls onto the mat to capture the fighters' agony. We get tight closeups of the fighters' agony and grit. This is a technique I especially admire. Grimaces, grunts, and sweat fill the screen and smack viewers in the face. 
• Fifth, BWN pits hot, fit wrestlers like Hawk and Street Prince against each other, but also celebrates a variety of body types. Admittedly, this is not unusual in the underground wrestling community, but BWN stands out especially. 
• Sixth, though I often get lost in the complex stories, BWN matches are narratively connected - almost as tight yet sprawling as anything Dumas, Hugo, and Tolstoy wrote.  
• Seventh, ATTITUDE, tons of it, almost no coy aw-shucks let's-just-horse around teasers. 
• And eighth, the climax is often impossible to predict. Bad news for fans who want to know who wins before spending hard-earned money on downloads.
