VsK vs MJF, Thy Kingdom Come (Create a Pro Wrestling)

VsK takes a beating, selling it like Girl Scout cookies. When the bad guy has pushed him to his limit, VsK fires back, blasting away at the creep with everything he's got. It's my favorite story in theatrical wrestling, and watching him tell this tale live from the front row last month brought a lump to my button fly. I'm the kind of masochist who would like to get his hands on VsK, beat him senseless, just for the pleasure of receiving his just comeuppance at the end. That's not gonna happen, which is why I live in my fantasies most of the time.

In this 2018 match, VsK collides with MJF - an alphabet soup match, in which MJF yucks it up for most of the 21 minutes, kicking VsK's ass, only to pay the piper at the ultimate piledriver three-count. It's an old story, but these guys tell it so well it feels new. They are well matched. Vinny is (at the time) 31, 5'9", 198#, and Maxwell, 22, 5'11", 216#. The difference is just enough to make it possible and convincing that the more experienced babyface can defeat his opponent, but not before Friedman batters and humiliates him. Typically I prefer trunks to long tights, but I have to say VsK's tights strike the right note of "no-nonsense veteran" against MJF's tiny packed black PVC trunks, whose message is just as clear: "spoiled narcissist."
