Stewing in Their Own Juices

Joey Nux vs Elite Eliot, NHB Fights (Wrestler4Hire)

Sweltering action here from two of my favorite guys in underground wrestling. My first thought, though, was that this is a mismatch. In the usual sense of the word, it is, but Eliot is bigger (taller, heavier) than I remember, and the gallons of sweat almost make this an oil match - lubrication being a great equalizer. Still, Joey has no difficulty dominating his opponent, whose spine is frequently pressed flat against the mat. On the hotness scale, I give this pairing a solid ten. There is nobody I'd rather bear down on or be crammed beneath than either of these two. The suspense factor is minimal - it's mostly a question of by how many points Nux is going to beat the Elite one. The match looks fun - for Joey anyway: you can read the foreknowledge of doom on Eliot's face in the opening stretches. The camera hugs these bodies as they writhe and bump. The slow crawl to utter domination is sexy and surprisingly friendly. These guys like and respect each other, but the paycheck requires that somebody gets beat up. Kinda hard not to get hard watching this one.
