Gutting It Out

Elite Eliot vs Calvin Rogers, NHB Fights (Wrestler4Hire)

The first half of this match is intense, both wrestlers close in height, with Eliot (in trademark pink) carrying fifteen pounds on Calvin. They are more or less neck and neck on the scorecards. By the midpoint, though, one of these guys pulls crucially ahead on points, though give and take continues to the end. I like both guys, Eliot a bit more than Calvin because he's such a roughneck who evidently likes to add extra pressure and punishment in his moments of triumph. Calvin comes off as the square-jawed hero type - I would peg him as a cop or FBI, who doesn't shrink from roughing up a bad guy who's overstepping the bounds.
