Etienne Erik vs Steve Mason, Balls Crush and Crash! (Wrestlingmale)

I could not survive one of Wrestlingmale's training sessions. Their gritty dramas attract me in ways that the comical mugging and muscle poses of other sites do not, but I'm too out of shape and unskilled to survive Butch-J's choke-outs or D.Dan's backbreakers. Fantasizing about them is the best I can do, and I do it often. My personal fixation on wrestling is nostalgia for youthful roughhousing and the animal exuberance of old-school masculinity.

Etienne Erik admits he likes to lord over his trainees and takes a particular pleasure in pushing them to their limits - specifically in testing their tolerance for ridicule and pain. Steve Mason wears his masculinity as, in my experience, only Spaniards can. My impression is that Spanish men tend to take manhood seriously and are disinclined to cling to boyishness past their first wet dream - and they do this with little evidence of chauvinism or bluster. In the US, most men are big toddlers without the urbane manners and self-assured stride of most Spaniards I've met. With some regret but no serious attempt to change my ways, I count myself among the eternal adolescents of my country.

Steve puts up with a lot here. I figure he must view it as mastering the necessary skillsets required by all the martial arts. He tolerates a lot in the interest of making himself a better fighter. He does fight back, though.  Enough is enough, and sometimes he pushes back at Etienne and even relishes the chance to cause the Frenchman to cry out in pain. It's a fundamental trait of masters of mma and professional wrestlers to like to hurt people, mostly people who knowingly take that risk by entering the ring or cage and who also enjoy inflicting pain on others. It's the price you pay for the opportunity to beat up someone who is asking for it.
