Joey McCoy vs Aaron Perez, Rough Riders! (MuscleBoy)

Next to grappling, I like lightning-fast brawls, often best executed by lighter bruisers like Joey McCoy (5'4", 135#) and Aaron Perez (5'8", 135#). Joey is much beloved on Skull Island for his inexhaustible pugnacity and his stinging assaults. But in this match, he pushes Aaron too far and gets the sass bludgeoned out of him. Perez explodes shortly before the match's halfway point in response to Joey's taunting him to "bring it on!"

Perez is not the fireball McCoy is, but you can't tell it from his sudden turning of the tables. He has several good attacks though not as sharp or fancy as McCoy's. Still, they do the trick. He lacks Joey's prowess and effusiveness, but his fists get the job done all right. And he goes on and on and on and on. Whether McCoy can regroup, and fire back at Perez is another story.  It's funny how my support shifts, first rooting for Joey, then relieved to see Aaron defend himself, and then hoping Joey turns the tables back - mostly because the guy sells like crazy.
