Scorpion vs Jedrick, Ring Wars 121 (Thunders Arena)

Jedrick's animus towards Scorpion has its roots in last summer's frenetic close-quarters battle (see 10 July). That match, in my opinion, marks a turning point for the Arena, shedding poses and blather in favor of white knuckle let's-get-down-to-business brawling. Scorpion dons a Race Bannon hairstyle, gently shifting his persona from wild man to hero (with savage tendencies). Now it's Jedrick who is the wild man, turning up the heat and seeking revenge for his fatal collision with Scorpion last summer. Jedrick and Scorpion are turning the heat up at Thunders. They have certainly turned the heat up at my house.
