Butch-J and Muscle Beast vs Michael Roman, Xtreme Shot @theringprivate 5 (Wrestlingmale)

Having proved their alpha statuses at Xtreme Shot @theringprivate 4 - Master Class, Muscle Beast and Butch-J team up to bully Michael Roman. This is tableau-style wrestling at its best, beginning with superficially fair tags against solo Michael, and then moving on to a fuck-this-fairness-shit ganging-up on him. This is a fine addition to Wrestlingmale's "dark" line of matches, shot in Madrid - in contrast to the brightly but coolly lit matches in Paris and the early outdoor matches in Florida. Wrestlingmale is earning its stripes with some truly excellent fight fantasies this past year, and this one belongs somewhere close to the top.

In a fair fight, the Americans (Butch and Michael) would be taking each other on, one on one. Both are handsome strongmen with solid bodies and a total indifference to pain. The deliciously built German (Beast) adds his strength and sex appeal to the battle, joining forces with former adversary Butch-J to punish Michael Roman, a target picked seemingly at random. Each man weighs in at over 200 pounds, standing at 5'll" to 6'4" (cocky giant Muscle Beast). These are big men who convulse the squared circle with their hard muscle and bellicosity.

I have not usually appreciated matches that involve more than two adversaries, but this fight works for me, and, more unusually, I could fantasize taking any one of these men's places. (Not in real life. Fuck no. I'm not that deluded.)
